4. סייג לאחריות
שומר אינו אחראי לאבדן הנכס או לנזקו שנגרמו עקב שימוש רגיל בנכס לפי תנאי השמירה או עקב בלאי טבעי או מום שהיה בו בתחילת השמירה, אולם אין בהוראה זו כדי להפחית מאחריותו בשל רשלנות.
