23. המועד להגשת ערעור מינהלי
תיקון: תשפ״ב־2
(א)ערעור מינהלי יוגש במועד שנקבע לכך בדין.
(ב)לא נקבע מועד כאמור, יוגש ערעור מינהלי בתוך שישים ימים.
