30. סייג להגשת תובענה מינהלית
לא תוגש תובענה מינהלית יחד עם עתירה מינהלית; ואולם בכל שלב של הדיון בעתירה רשאי בית המשפט, בהסכמת העותר, להמיר הליך של עתירה להליך של תובענה מינהלית, ולהורות לשם כך על תיקון כתבי הטענות והתאמתם להליך של תובענה מינהלית; הורה כך בית המשפט, יחולו על המשך הדיון הוראות תקנה 29.
