6. חובת רישום של יצרן ויבואן
(א)יצרן ויבואן ינהלו רישום מלא ומפורט של העניינים הכלולים בחובת הדיווח לפי סעיף 5.
(ב)המנהל או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך מבין עובדי המשרד רשאי לעיין ברישום כאמור בסעיף זה ולקבל העתק נכון ממנו.
