3. משווק בגודל מזערי
חובת קבלת פסולת ציוד וסוללות כאמור בסעיף 30 לחוק תחול על משווק אם התקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)היקף המכירות השנתי שלו הוא השיעור המזערי או גבוה ממנו;
(2)הוא מוכר סוללות ומצברים ניידים או מנורות.
