4. מסירת מידע ומסמכים
המנהל או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך מבין עובדי המשרד להגנת הסביבה, רשאי לדרוש מיצרן, יבואן או משווק להמציא לו כל מידע ומסמכים הנוגעים להיקף המכירות השנתי שלו; נדרש היצרן, היבואן או המשווק להמציא מידע או מסמכים כאמור, ימציאם במועד ובאופן שצוינו בדרישה.
