179. הגדרות
בסימן זה –
”חשמל“ – אנרגיה חשמלית;
”ייצור חשמל או בקרתו“ – תהליך או פעולה של ייצור חשמל, השׁנָאתו או המרתו, או מיתוג חשמל, בקרתו או ויסותו בדרך אחרת;
”הספקה“ – הספקת חשמל דרך עסק, תעשיה או מסחר, או לצרכי בנין ציבורי או מוסד ציבורי, או הספקת חשמל לצרכי עסק של תחבורה, או לרחובות או מקומות ציבוריים אחרים.
