181. הרחבת התחולה בתקנות
תיקון: תשע״ד
השר רשאי בתקנות להחיל כל הוראה מן ההוראות המנויות בסעיף 180(ב) על מכונות, מיתקנים או ציוד, המשמשים, במקום שאינו בגדר החצרים המפורטים בסעיף 180, בייצור חשמל או בקרתו לשם הספקה, כאילו היו מכונות, מיתקנים או ציוד במפעל וכאילו היה מעסיקו של כל עובד בקשר לשימוש כאמור תופש של מפעל.
