184. תחולת הפקודה במוסד צדקה וכו׳
(א)חצרים שהם חלק ממוסד של צדקה או ממוסד לתיקון עבריינים, ומבוצעת בהם עבודת כפיים בעשיית מצרכים שאינם מיועדים לשימוש המוסד או עבודה הכרוכה בכך, אך אין החצרים מפעל, יחולו בכל זאת הוראות פקודה זו על חצרים אלה כאילו היו מפעל והאדם שיש לו שליטה על המוסד היה תופשו.
(ב)”עשיית מצרכים“, לענין סעיף זה – לרבות שינוים, תיקונם, עיטורם, גימורם, רחיצתם, ניקוים או הכשרתם למכירה.
