200. שמירת פנקסים ורשומות
פנקס המפעל וכל פנקס או רשומה אחרים המנוהלים לפי פקודה זו יש לשמרם ולהחזיקם פתוחים לעיון מפקח במשך שנתיים לפחות, או תקופה אחרת שנקבעה לסוג או להגדר פלוני של פנקס או רשומה, מיום הרישום האחרון בהם.
