תופש מפעל המחזיק במיתקן גז טבעי שהוראות פרק ב׳1 לחוק הגז (בטיחות ורישוי), התשמ״ט–1989 חלות עליו, ישמור את האישורים הנדרשים כתנאי לשימוש בגז טבעי במיתקן בהתאם להוראות פרק ב׳1 האמור, ויציג אותם למפקח או לבודק מוסמך, לפי דרישתם.
