9. ועדות ערר
תיקון: תשע״א, תשע״ז
(א)שר הרווחה והשירותים החברתיים יקים ועדות ערר ויקבע את תחום שיפוטן.
(ב)ועדת ערר תהיה של שלושה:
(1)שופט או מי שכשיר להיות שופט בית משפט שלום, שמינה לכך שר המשפטים, והוא יהיה יושב ראש הועדה;
(2)עובד סוציאלי לפי חוק הסעד (טיפול באנשים עם מוגבלות שכלית–התפתחותית) שמינה שר הרווחה והשירותים החברתיים;
(3)רופא פסיכיאטר שמינה שר הרווחה והשירותים החברתיים, בהתייעצות עם שר הבריאות.
