13. סמכות בית משפט
על אף האמור בסעיף 2 לפקודת הקרקעות, הסמכות לדון בכל ענין הנוגע לתפיסת החזקה בקרקעות הכביש ולפיצויים בשל רכישת זכויות בהם תהיה נתונה לבית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים, זולת אם קבע שר המשפטים בהתייעצות עם נשיא בית המשפט העליון, בית משפט מחוזי אחר לענין זה.
