14. שמירת סמכויות
(א)החברה תפעל לענין חוק זה בשם המדינה, ואולם אין בכך כדי לגרוע מסמכות המדינה לפעול בעצמה באמצעות שר האוצר.
(ב)אין בהוראות חוק זה כדי לפגוע בסמכויות שר האוצר לפעול לגבי קרקעות הכביש לפי פקודת הקרקעות, מקום שלא הופעלה סמכות לפי חוק זה.
