30. הערה על נכסי הקדש ציבורי
(א)נרשמו מקרקעין או חלק מסוים מהם כנכסי הקדש ציבורי בפנקס ההקדשות הציבוריים, כמשמעותם בחוק הנאמנות, יודיע על כך רשם ההקדשות לרשם, והרשם ירשום הערה בדבר קיומו של רישום כאמור.
(ב)נמחק הקדש מפנקס ההקדשות הציבוריים, יודיע על כך רשם ההקדשות לרשם, והרשם יורה על מחיקת ההערה.
