31. רישום פסקי דין והחלטות אחרות של בתי משפט
רשם ירשום כל פסק דין, צו או החלטה אחרת של בית משפט, אם הורה בית המשפט על רישומה, או אם קיימת בדין הוראה המחייבת את רישומם בפנקסים.
