20. אכרזה על אזור שיקום
(א)לאחר הדיון בהתנגדות ובתוצאות הסקרים, המחקרים והמשאלים כאמור בסעיף 18, רשאית הרשות, באישור הממשלה ולאחר התייעצות ברשות המקומית המעוניינת, להכריז על האזור כאזור שיקום.
(ב)האכרזה תפורסם ברשומות, על לוחות המודעות שעליהם מתפרסמות הודעות הרשות המקומית המעוניינת, בשני עתונים יומיים לפחות ובכל דרך נוספת שתקבע הרשות.
