2א. תפקידי המועצה
תיקון: תשע״ח
ואלה תפקידי המועצה:
(1)לרשום רואי חשבון במרשם כמשמעתו בסעיף 4א ולתת להם רישיון;
(2)לפקח עם הכשרת רואי חשבון ולערוך בחינות הסכמה לקבלת רישיון רואי חשבון;
(3)לרשום מתמחים ולפקח על התמחותם;
(4)להכיר במקומות התמחות בראיית חשבון;
(5)לפקח ולשמור על טוהר העיסוק וכבודו;
(6)למלא תפקידים אחרים שהוטלו עליה לפי חוק זה.
