3. סדרי הדיונים במועצה
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)רוב חברי המועצה כשבתוכם היושב ראש, הם מנין חוקי בישיבות.
(ב)המועצה תקבע בעצמה סדרי דיוניה, במידה שלא נקבעו בחוק זה ובתקנות.
(ג)המועצה רשאית למנות ועדות משנה לעניינים שונים, ולאצול להן מסמכויותיה, ואולם החלטותיהן של ועדות משנה יובאו לאישור המועצה; בוועדת משנה יכול שיכהנו חברים שאינם מקרב חברי המועצה.
