תיקון: תשע״ה
בתקנות אלה –
”הרשם“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 7 בחוק;
”יחיד“ – אדם למעט תאגיד;
”מדד“ – מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה;
”מלכ״ר“ – מוסד ללא כוונת רווח, כהגדרתו בחוק מס ערך מוסף, התשל״ו–1975.
