תיקון: תשנ״ח־2
שר הפנים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו, וכן בהתייעצות עם השר לבטחון הפנים, בכל ענין הנוגע לשמירת הסדר ולמניעת הפרעה לבוחרים, פגיעה בהליכי הצבעה תקינים ושיבוש הליכי הבחירות, במבנה שבו נמצא מקום קלפי.
