99. הוראת מעבר
הבחירות הבאות לכל המועצות שלאחר קבלת חוק זה בכנסת יקויימו ביום שבו יקויימו הבחירות לכנסת השישית; אולם הוראה זו לא תתפרש כאילו היא באה לגרוע מכל סמכות שהוענקה בחוק לקבוע לרשות מקומית פלונית מועד בחירות אחר במקום המועד האמור.
