117. הצהרת אימות

(א)בכל הליך שהוגש על פי תקנות אלה, רשאי בית הדין או הרשם להורות למגיש כי העובדות שעליהן הוא מסתמך יאומתו באזהרה שתימסר בפני הרשם, או בתצהיר (בסימן זה – הצהרת אימות).
(ב)נמסרה ההצהרה, יערוך הרשם את הצהרת האימות וירשום אותה בפרוטוקול שיצרף לתיק התובענה; העתק ההצהרה יומצא לבעל הדין שכנגד.
