33. הגשת כתב הגנה בתובענות על פי חוק הביטוח הלאומי
תיקון: תשנ״ב
בתובענה המוגשת על פי חוק הביטוח הלאומי או בחוק אחר שהמוסד לביטוח לאומי פועל על פיו, יוגש כתב הגנה, על אף האמור בתקנה 27(א), תוך שלושים ימים מיום שנמסר למוסד העתק מכתב התביעה.
