5. מקום שיפוט במקרים אחרים
תובענה שאין מקום שיפוט המתאים לה לפי תקנות אלה או לפי כל דין אחר, יכול שתוגש לכל בית דין אזורי, אולם רשאי בית הדין להורות על העברת הדיון לבית דין אזורי אחר, אם ראה שלפי נסיבות הענין יהיה הדיון בבית דין אחר נוח יותר לבעלי הדין.
