6. תובענה בנושא אחד בבתי דין אחדים

הוגשו תובענות בנושא אחד לבתי דין אחדים, יקבע נשיא בית הדין הארצי למי מבתי דין אלה השיפוט, ולאותו בית דין יהיה לפי זה שיפוט ייחודי והתובענות בשאר בתי הדין יועברו לבית הדין שנקבע כאמור ויידונו בו במאוחד.
