1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״ב, תש״ף, תשפ״ו
בתקנות אלה –
”בית משפט“ – בית המשפט העליון, בית משפט מחוזי, בית משפט שלום;
”לשכה“ – לשכת הוצאה לפועל כהגדרתה בחוק ההוצאה לפועל;
”מצב חירום מיוחד“ – מצב שבו נשתבשו סדרי החיים התקינים במדינה או בחלק ממנה מחמת מצב הבטחון, מחמת חשש ממשי לפגיעה חמורה בבריאות הציבור או מחמת פגע טבע;
”נשיא בית משפט“ – לרבות סגן נשיא או שופט אחר של אותו בית־משפט שהנשיא או סגן נשיא קבעו.
