55. מהות הביטוח
(א)בביטוח נכסים חייב המבטח לשפות בעד נזק שנגרם למבוטח או למוטב מחמת שהנכס המבוטח אבד או ניזק.
(ב)הנכס המבוטח יכול שיהיה של המבוטח או של זולתו.
