על ביטוח אחריות יחולו הוראות סעיפים 56, 59, 61 ו־62, בשינויים המחוייבים, ואין להתנות עליהן, למעט על הוראת סעיף 59(ד), אלא לטובת המבוטח או הצד השלישי.
