תיקון: תשפ״ו
בנק ישראל רשאי, לשם ביצוע תפקידיו לפי חוק זה, לפעול לאימות זהותו של לקוח, (החל מיום 26.1.2027): ולעניין לקוח שהוא תאגיד – גם לאימות זהותו של בעל זיקה לתאגיד, ובלבד שאימות זהות למטרה המנויה בסעיף 1(א)(2) בלבד, ייעשה רק לגבי בעל זיקה לתאגיד מהותי כהגדרתו בסעיף 54ב(ה).
