69. כיצד נוהגין כשמתנגדים לקיים את האמור בהודעה
אם בעל המכרה, סוכנו או המנהל מתנגדים לתיקון הדבר המפורט בהודעה עפ״י הסעיף הקודם, רשאים הם, בתוך עשרים ואחד יום מיום קבלת ההודעה, לשלוח למפקח את דבר התנגדותם בכתב ולפרש את נימוקי התנגדותם, ולאחר כן יובא הדבר להחלטה למפקח או לפקיד שהמפקח ימנהו לכך.
