70. כיצד נוהגין כשאין מקיימים את האמור בהודעה
אם לא מלא בעל המכרה או סוכנו או המנהל אחרי האמור בהודעה או לא הגיש התנגדות בתוך הזמן הקבוע לעיל או אם לא מלא אחרי החלטת המפקח על ההתנגדות תוך עשרים ואחד יום לאחר תום מועד ההתנגדות או לאחר ההחלטה, הכל לפי הענין, יהא צפוי לעונש הקבוע.
