16. המידע שבפני בית המשפט
בהחלטה לפי סעיף 12, 13, 14 או 23 יהיה בפני בית המשפט המידע המפורט בסעיף 3(א), ככל שהוא דרוש לצורך קבלת החלטה כאמור; ואולם רשאי בית המשפט לתת החלטה לפי סעיף מהסעיפים האמורים גם בלא מידע כאמור, אם נחה דעתו שיש ברשותו המידע הנדרש למתן ההחלטה האמורה, ומטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
