17. מינוי קציני פיקוח והכשרתם
יחידת פיקוח תמנה קציני פיקוח מקרב עובדי המדינה, שהתקיימו בהם כל אלה:
(1)משטרת ישראל הודיעה כי אין מניעה למנותם מטעמים של ביטחון הציבור;
(2)הם קיבלו הכשרה מתאימה כפי שקבע השר לביטחון הפנים.
