22. תקציב
תיקון: תשפ״ב, תשפ״ג
(א)המינהלה תכין, לתאריך שקבעה המועצה, הצעת תקציב שנתי לרשות ותגיש אותו למועצה; בנסיבות מיוחדות רשאית המינהלה להגיש הצעת תקציב לתקופה קצרה משנה וכן הצעת תקציב מילואים.
(ב)המועצה תדון בהצעת התקציב ותעביר אותה לשר, בצירוף הערותיה והמלצותיה.
(ג)השר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, יקבע את התקציב כפי שהציעה המועצה או בשינויים שימצא לנכון.
(ד)לפני קביעת התקציב כאמור בסעיף קטן (ג) יביא השר את הצעת התקציב לידיעת הוועדה לביטחון לאומי של הכנסת.
