23. מימון
(א)תקציב הרשות ימומן מאוצו המדינה וכן מתרומות שתקבל לפי סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)בנוסף להקצבה מאוצר המדינה רשאית הרשות לקבל תרומות מכל אדם ולהשתמש בהן למילוי תפקידיה.
