24. פיקוח
(א)הרשות תעמוד לפיקוחו הכללי של השר.
(ב)השר רשאי לדרוש מהרשות, בכל עת, דין וחשבון וכן מידע שוטף או חד־פעמי על כל ענין שהוא בגדר תפקידיה וסמכויותיה.
