בפרק זה –
”תקופות הפטור“ – עשרים השנים הראשונות לפעילותו של אזור חופשי וכן תקופת פטור נוספת שנקבעה לפי סעיף 32;
”רכב פרטי“ – כהגדרתו בפקודת התעבורה;
”שימוש באזור החופשי“ – לרבות הובלת טובין אל מחוץ לאזור החופשי לצורך יצואם לחוץ לארץ או לאזור חופשי אחר.
