מי שהפר, בין בעצמו ובין על ידי אחר, את הוראות סעיפים 26, 27, 27א ו־29 או תנאי אחר ברשיון, יראו אותו כמי שלא קיים תנאי מתנאי רשיון עסק, כאמור בחוק רישוי עסקים, התשכ״ח–1968.
