שוכר יתן למשכיר לא יאוחר מיום 20 במרס של כל שנה לגבי תשלומי דמי שכירות בשנת המס הקודמת, אישור לפי טופס 0857 על תשלום דמי שכירות ששילם לו ועל המס שניכה מתשלום דמי שכירות.
