2. פטור מתשלום דמי ביטוח בריאות
תורם שתרם בישראל, בחייו, איבר לנתרם שהוא תושב ישראל, יהיה פטור מתשלום דמי ביטוח בריאות ממלכתי כמשמעותם בסעיף 14 לחוק, לתקופה של 36 חודשים שתחילתה בתחילת השנה הראשונה שלאחר השנה שעבר בה את הניתוח לנטילת האיבר.
