הממונה על התקינה יקבע את פרקי הזמן המרביים לביצוע בדיקות לאישור משלוח על ידי מעבדת בדיקה והוראות לעניין חובת מעבדות בדיקה לפרסום נתונים ומידע על פרקי זמן לביצוע בדיקות לאישור משלוח בהתאם להוראות לפי פקודה זו.
