2טז2. השגה
תיקון: תשפ״ב
(א)על הודעת דרישה של מעבדת בדיקה כאמור בסעיף 2טז1 ניתן להגיש השגה לממונה על התקינה בתוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת הודעת המעבדה; השגה כאמור תוגש עם העתק למעבדה, וזו תשלח את התייחסותה בתוך עשרה ימים; הממונה על התקינה רשאי להורות על אופן הגשת השגה כאמור.
(ב)אין בהגשת השגה לפי סעיף קטן (א) כדי לבטל תוקפה של הודעת דרישה כאמור בסעיף 2טז1.
(ג)הודעה בדבר החלטה בהשגה תימסר ליבואן ולמעבדה.
