9. הודעת חילוט
(א)חולטו טובין או אמצעי הובלה על פי פקודה זו, ימציא המנהל או פקיד שהסמיך לכך הודעת חילוט לבעל הטובין או לבעל אמצעי ההובלה, או לסוכנו, או לאדם המחזיק בהם או שבידו השליטה עליהם, לרבות הקברניט של כלי שיט.
(ב)היה מענו של האדם שאליו מכוונת הודעת החילוט ידוע למנהל או לפקיד שהסמיך לכך, תישלח ההודעה במכתב רשום; לא היה מענו ידוע להם – תפורסם ההודעה ברשומות.
