114ב. ביטול צו מאסר
תיקון: תשס״ט
צו מאסר לא יבוצע נגד חייב אשר סכום החוב שבגינו הוצא צו המאסר, שולם לזוכה על ידי החייב שנגדו הוצא צו מאסר, בכל דרך שהיא, לרבות בדרך של עיקול; כמו כן לא יבוצע צו מאסר נגד חייב, אם הזוכה הקטין את קרן החוב בתיק בגין תשלום מהחייב שנגדו הוצא צו מאסר בתוך התקופה האמורה בצו בסכום החוב שבגינו הוצא צו המאסר.
