110. הזמנה לחקירה
תיקון: תשנ״ט, תשס״ט
ציווה רשם ההוצאה לפועל, על פי הסמכויות הנתונות לו בחוק, לחקור אדם, יזמין מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל את מי שיש לחקרו להתייצב לפני רשם ההוצאה לפועל במועד שייקבע לכך; ההזמנה תהא ערוכה לפי טופס 20 שבתוספת הראשונה ותומצא לנמען בדואר רשום עם אישור מסירה.
