זוכה, חייב או מי שנקטו כלפיו הליך לפי החוק או לפי תקנות אלה, או מי שטוען לזכות בנכס שנקטו כלפיו הליך כאמור, רשאי לקבל ממנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל אישור שעותק, העתק או העתק צילומי מכל מסמך המתוייק בתיק ההוצאה לפועל או הנמצא במשמרתה של הלשכה, והנוגע לעניינו, מתאים למקור.
