תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשס״ט
רשם ההוצאה לפועל רשאי, בכל עת, לתקן כל פגם או טעות בכל הליך לפי החוק, וכן רשאי הוא ליתן הוראות בדבר המשך ההליכים בתיק שנסגר או שנגנז בטעות ובדבר כל ענין אחר, ככל שייראה לו צודק.
