19. העברת ביצוע הליך ללשכה אחרת
תיקון: תשס״ט
(א)החליט רשם ההוצאה לפועל להעביר ביצועו של הליך ללשכה אחרת, תישלח הודעה על כך ללשכה האחרת לשם ביצוע ההליך, וכן לזוכה.
(ב)דו״ח על ביצוע ההליך, בצירוף המסמכים הנוגעים בדבר, יישלח אל הלשכה המעבירה וכן לזוכה בתכוף לאחר הביצוע.
(ג)הליך שבוצע כאמור, רואים אותו כאילו ביצעה אותו הלשכה המעבירה לכל דבר, לרבות לענין ערר וערעור.
