19א. דיון מאוחד
תיקון: תשפ״ב
רשם ההוצאה לפועל רשאי, לפי בקשת אחד מבעלי הדין או ביוזמתו, להורות על קיומו של דיון מאוחד בחלק מתיקי החייב או בכולם, אם סבר שיש בכך כדי לייעל ולפשט את ההליכים או כדי למנוע תוצאות סותרות ביחס לבקשות דומות או מכל טעם אחר, לרבות קיום של דיון מאוחד בבקשה הנידונה לפניו ובבקשה דומה שהוגשה בתיק אחד או יותר באותה לשכת הוצאה לפועל או בכל לשכה אחרת.
